Returns Policy

We always strive to provide our customers with the highest quality hand made items, produced with the upmost care and attention to detail.

As all of our products are hand made, please bear in mind the following before considering contacting us regarding returning a product:

• If you find any loose threads on your item, please snip them with scissors. Do not attempt to pull them out.
• Because all of our items are handmade, they may contain little imperfections. These add to the charm of a unique, one-off creation and will not affect the use and enjoyment of the item. 

We are unable to accept a return on an item simply because you change your mind or decide it isn't for you. 

Postage costs on any returned items is to be paid by the customer.
